Description:

The youth hire will support applied research focused on wildfire hazard and risk modeling for our Canadian Wildfire Hazard Data product. They will build and run wildfire simulations and process and analyze spatial datasets related to fuels, weather, and topography. They will be mentored by internal scientists and external partners to refine modeling approaches and ensure outputs align with real world wildfire risk applications.
