Description:
This project will develop an Operational System Intelligence platform for energy infrastructure that materializes and explains operational relationships driving real-world outcomes. The innovation applies relationship-oriented data models, spatial analytics, and explainable AI/ML to link assets, regulations, and external conditions at scale, addressing technical uncertainty. Building on an SaaS platform and internal R&D, the system identifies risk triggers and obligated actions as conditions change. A core use case is detecting urban encroachment near energy infrastructure to support CSA Z662 regulatory actions, improving compliance, risk mitigation, and infrastructure management.
