Tessonics and OBARA Korea will create a new first of its kind, disruptive technology used by every automotive production plant in the world by integrating Tessonic's Real-Time Integrated Weld Analyzer (RIWA) with OBARA's world class Adaptive Weld Controller. This new jointly created product between Korea and Canada will provide real-time ultrasonic analysis of the state of the weld with weld controller feedback to analyze the integrity of critical spot welds and make modifications on the spot. No such technology exists currently in the world and it is expected that adoption even within Tessonics' current customer portfolio that includes all the major automotive OEMs including Ford, Chrysler, GM, Hyundai, KIA Motors,
