The objective is to facilitate Indigenous participation in dialogues related to the mandate of Natural Resources Canada.During these dialogues, Indigenous groups may raise issues relevant to natural resources, which will be tracked and assessed as the dialogue proceeds to determine whether they have been adequately addressed, and issues related to other areas of federal jurisdiction, which will be communicated to other federal departments to determine whether the issue may be addressed.
