This project will focus on understanding the formation of eight critical metal rich highly metalliferous shales in Yukon, British Columbia, and Northwest Territories by investigating how these similar deposits with different metal enrichments formed at or near the same time and producing a regional formation model for highly metalliferous shales that can be used to guide future research for these critical element rich deposits.
