The objective of this project is to quantify the physicochemical characteristics of the five-element (Co-Ni-As-Ag-Bi±U) vein systems in a Canadian context using state-of-the-art methods (i.e., in situ micro-scale analysis) to assess where metals originate, what conditions and settings favour their transport, and what controls metal precipitation and ore-deposit formation.
