The objective of this Project is to conduct studies to reform the Canada Lands Surveyors regulations and by-laws to align with the proposed amendments to Bill S-6 An Act respecting regulatory modernization, including alignment of web site content to reflect changes to the complaints and discipline processes.

Under this Project, the Proponent will hire expert services to study their various governance instruments and web site and propose updates due to the modernization of the Canada Lands Surveyors Act (S.C. 1998, c. 14) through Bill S-6 significantly amends various governance instruments of the Proponent, namely the Regulations, the by-laws, the guidelines and procedural requirements of the Complaints and Discipline Committees.
