The purpose of this agreement is to support the operations of an IEA Regional Cooperation Centre in Singapore, in coordination with the IEA CETP, to achieve greater engagement and influence in Southeast Asia, leverage regional advantages to strengthen collaboration, and better connect IEA members to countries in the region.
