Program Purpose:

The purpose is to increase Indigenous participation in development opportunities in order to contribute to a more environmentally and commercially sustainable natural resource sector. These Terms and Conditions provide an avenue for the Department to support, either directly or indirectly, Indigenous communities and organizations across Canada participating in natural resource development.
