Description:

The objective of this project is to promote the 4th meeting of the International Research Laboratory on cold forests, a collaborative research network on cold forest ecosystems that aims to develop sustainable and adaptive forest management strategies in response to climate and societal change in order to promote the resilience of these ecosystems.

Expected Results:

General conference on current projects carried out by students and researchers at the Cold Forests Laboratory. Thematic conference on high-latitude and high-altitude forests in the face of global change. Thematic conference on Atlas cedar forests. Establishment of new research collaborations between members and with partners, develop multidisciplinary research projects, dissemination of knowledge and influence of research on cold ecosystems internationally.
