The objective of this project is to fund the establishment of a production and supply chain framework to support large-scale replication and the development of a series of low carbon, energy-efficient and healthy Mass Timber (MT) prototype buildings for prefabrication that can be applied to a wide range of multi-unit residential, hospitality, and retrofit projects ready for real-world application across Canada.
