The objective of this project is to conduct a public housing retrofit study in the Town of New Glasgow, to identify climate resiliency issues, determine energy efficiency upgrade plans, and propose long-term solutions to ensure accessibility for public housing in the community.

Assess 71 public housing units to identify climate resiliency issues, determine energy efficiency upgrade plans, and propose long-term solutions to promote resiliency for public housing in the community. The Project will then implement retrofits on six (6) homes to demonstrate the effectiveness of the upgrade plans.
