The objective of this Project is to understand the effects of industrial disturbance on natural ecosystem dynamics in the boreal forest, and to develop strategies for restoring disturbed landscapes in a system that is under pressure from climate change. The central objective of this project is to understand the interconnected response of biotic and abiotic factors to industrial disturbance in the boreal forest: an ecosystem that is under pressure from climate change.
