Expected Results:

This project intends to support the ongoing activities in updating NB’s forest inventory via new LiDAR and very high-resolution aerial imagery. Refreshed LiDAR and aerial imagery will be of a higher quality, offering improved measures of tree species composition and forest inventory estimates. In turn, the new forest inventory will improve biomass inventory estimates.
