The objective/purpose of this Project is to Resource the QUEST Secretariat to design and deliver a workshop engagement series to identify, document and address barriers to ICES, integrated planning and clean energy Project development; and, to prepare two short papers, intended to form a larger compendium in the future, that will identify how the QUEST technical and emerging policy principles can be put into action by identified actors to support ICES.
