Program Purpose:

This Project aims to accelerate the adoption of energy efficient space and water heating equipment in buildings by addressing the key barriers: lack of confidence/awareness of energy efficient technologies; technical challenges to implementing efficient equipment in existing building systems; high up-front capital costs; and the need for policy drivers at the local level.
