Program Purpose:

This project supports an experiment to demonstrate the use of existing geospatial data standards with the goal of highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. The project will identify requirements for future standards work, develop best practices, and further the understanding of how to use geospatial standards in different areas of interest, specifically for interoperability between heterogeneous cross-border Canada/US hydrological data.
