Program Purpose:

The purpose of this agreement is to support the International Energy Agency's Technology Collaboration Programme on Renewable Energy Technology Deployment 2016-2017 Programme of Work, which included, amongst others, the study RE-TRANSITION which will substantiate the level and mix of public support and alternative market-based measures that will ensure continuous deployment of renewable energy technologies; and, the study RE-DELAYS which will develop a new financial model to estimate the cost of regulatory and permitting delays to renewable energy developers and the broader economy.
