The objective of this Project is to provide Canada with a standardized, affordable, and scalable solution for achieving Net-Zero energy-ready housing, reduce the country's carbon footprint and create a sustainable future while making sustainable living more accessible and affordable for homeowners.

Expected Results:

Coordinate efforts between stakeholders and trades to retrofit over 80 townhomes for low-income residents. In collaboration with homeowners and tenants, they will model the energy use of homes and deliver a mass retrofit delivery plan that coordinates rapid retrofits, while minimizing disturbance and assessing energy efficiency improvements. The project team will also study homeowner and tenant satisfaction and communicate results with interested parties.
