The objective of the Project is to design and distribute an online, subsidized, and inclusive national Air-to-Air Heat Pump training course for Canada's residential heating, cooling, and ventilation workforce - ensuring that at least 30% of registered students are from equity seeking groups - and to integrate this course into a formal, five-course Residential Air-to-Air Heat Pump Installation upskilling program, which the Proponent will coordinate and deliver both online and in person, through an accredited post-secondary institution in British Columbia.
