Program Purpose:
The objective/purpose of this project is to fund capital improvements at the Tolko Industries Ltd. pulp mill in The Pas, Manitoba, that will decrease the steam consumption in the evaporators. This will also decrease the consumption of fossil fuel in the power boiler. This capital improvement includes the installation of Coru-Dek III Washer Drum and vat, splash shields, air seals and associated parts.
