The objective of this project is to assist builders and entrepreneurs working in new housing in the province of Quebec, in conjunction with provincial new housing counterparts, to develop and diffuse construction methodologies for the achievement of higher efficiency targets and for the introduction of the use of house modelling strategies such as the EnerGuide Rating System for new houses.
