Program Purpose:
The objective of this agreement is to fund capital improvements at the Domtar Inc. pulp and paper mill in Espanola, Ontario, that will reduce the mill's consumption of steam and natural gas. The capital work to be completed includes installation of a Fourier Transform Near Infrared (FIT-NIR) Analyzer, heat exchanger, recirculation pump, and steam condensate system.
