Program Purpose:
The Project will demonstrate the energy management software developed to date, and expand into the areas of demand response and utilization of intermittent renewable energy generation. Technology demonstrations will take place in commercial and institutional buildings at three sites in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. The data collected will be used to influence utilities and regulators to encourage use of this type of system.
