Program Purpose:

The purpose of the grant agreement is to provide funding support to the technical secretariat for the Generation IV International Forum. The Nuclear Energy Agency, a specialized agency within the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, will effectively coordinate and support the multilateral international research and development initiative to establish the feasibility and performance capabilities of the next generation of nuclear energy systems.
