Program Purpose:
The purpose of this agreement is to assess the subsurface migration, groundwater impact, fate and GHG emissions associated with fugitive methane monitoring and detection methodologies to help reduce methane emissions, as well as inform regulations to facilitate safe and sustainable development of natural gas resources.
