Program Purpose:

Fleexer is an online tool on which organizations (profit and non-profit) post projects and individuals apply forx000D
them. The tool enables building effective and complementary teams, by matching individuals to projects takingx000D
into account the project's requirements and the individual's qualifications, experience and preferences. In thisx000D
project, we will develop methods for automatic project-applicant matching that address the idiosyncrasies ofx000D
the matching process as faced by Fleexer. Specifically, we will develop methods that, first, extract meaningfulx000D
information from the textual descriptions of project requirements and applicant qualifications, and then, usingx000D
the extracted information, identify the best applicants for each project.
