Program Purpose:
Vast amounts of medical imaging data are being generated in today's clinical and research domains. Forx000D
example, a single brain scan with magnetoencephalography (MEG) can generate almost 2Gb of data. Withx000D
increased access and use of brain imaging technologies such as MEG, MRI and others, this explosion of datax000D
will continue. However, currently there are no good solutions to securely store, manipulate and visualize thesex000D
varied brain imaging data. This grant will allow for a partnership between researchers and an industrial partnerx000D
to help solve this urgent problem.
