methods to fabricate flexible thermal sensors using the techniques and tools available primarily in thex000D
University of Alberta Nanofab. Characterization will be performed at each step of the fabrication process tox000D
ensure that the final devices meet the required parameters. This work will expand the product portfolio of thex000D
company.
