This contribution supports a project facilitating the work of many collaborators to build a social-ecological model or models that characterizes re-emergence of sea otters (kuu in the Haida language) in Gwaii Haanas and Haida Gwaii. It will also provide kuu community-based management alternatives to the Gwaii Haanas Cooperative Archipelago Management Board.
