Description:

The contribution supports the promotion and delivery of an educational program for youth (grades K to 12), consisting of developing five giant floor maps and ten smaller versions that will travel coast-to-coast between September 2023 and June 2026 in schools and at Parks Canada administered sites. The maps will present the Parks Canada network of protected places with an emphasis on geography, conservation, environmental and cultural protection stories. The program includes seven downloadable educator resources and student lead activities.
