This grant supports members of the WSANEC seafood working group to attend two regional gatherings: a cultural Clam Garden sharing and presentation in Stz’uminus Nation and the Celebration of the Cockle hosted by Suquamish Nation. These regional gatherings are important for Sea Garden working group members to network with other Nations, share lessons learned and build common understanding around Sea Gardens activities.
