The Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreement provides a one-time grant in year one of the ten-year Agreement to the Kitikmeot Inuit Association (KIA) for the establishment of the following three KIA programs: Inuit Scholarship Fund; Inuit Business Opportunities Fund; and Inuit Culture and Heritage Fund.
