The purpose of this contribution is to deliver on implementation commitments made to Qikiqtani Inuit Association in the Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreement for the establishment of Tallurutiup Imanga National Marine Conservation Area. The seven year contribution is divided into four streams: (1) Inuit Stewardship Operating (2) On the Land Program (3) Cooperative Management Board, and (4) Hunter and Trapper Organization Capacity.
