- Offer of activities and services designed for official-language minority communities (OLMCs) by community organizations;
- Offer of services in the minoriy language by provicial and territorial governments, in areas other than education; 3. Offer of activities ans services deisgned to strenghten and ensure the visibility of OLMCs' action in the areas of arts, culture and heritage;
- Offer of provincial and territorial education programs and activities in the language of OLMCs; 5. Offer of innovative methods and tools related to minority-language education and knowledge dissemination; 6. Offer of language-assistant positions for French as first language and for summer bursaries in French training; 7. Offer of alternative dispute resolution methods and legal remedies to advance and clarify the language rights of Canadians.
