Program Purpose:
Provides grants and contributions to the Canadian magazine and community newspaper industries so that they can continue to produce and distribute Canadian content in the face of systemic disadvantages in the marketplace. Most of the Program’s resources are dedicated to grants and contributions to private-sector Canadian publishing enterprises, but associations of companies or individuals representing, or related to, the magazine and community newspaper publishing industries are also eligible.
