Program:
Dementia Community Investment
Program Purpose:
This funding program supports community-based projects intended to optimize the health and well-being of people living with dementia and caregivers and to increase knowledge of dementia and risk and protective factors. The program also provides funding support for a knowledge hub to facilitate collaboration among Dementia Community Investment (DCI) projects and to help share lessons learned with the broader community.
