Stakeholders have access to information and tools to improve vaccination coverage rates and control health risks associated with vaccine preventable diseases. The program achieves this by supporting vaccine education and promoting initiatives that are culturally safe, evidence-informed and equity-promoting. Projects supported by the IPF:
equip Canadians, particularly priority populations, with knowledge, information and resources to inform their vaccination decisions strengthen the capacity of healthcare providers to provide evidence based, equity driven, and culturally safe vaccination services among priority populations

The Immunization Partnership Fund (IPF) supports PHAC’s efforts to strengthen vaccine confidence and increase uptake across the life course. As an equity‑based program, it identifies and addresses gaps in vaccine acceptance by empowering Canadians—particularly those facing systemic barriers—to make informed vaccination decisions. Through investments in community‑centered education, promotion, and outreach, the IPF enhances access to culturally safe, evidence‑informed, low‑barrier vaccination information and builds the capacity of healthcare providers to better serve priority populations.
