Expected Results:

The short term outcome is a completed evaluation document which would include a set of specific recommendations to enhance the SAR apparatus, that can be shared with partners, stakeholders and governments. This document would provide a better understanding of roles, responsibilities, common challenges and opportunities for collaboration. The medium term outcome is a collaboration between SAR entities to improve, increased instances of sharing/pooling of resources between SAR entities and have hopes that discussions concerning the development of MOUs may take place.
