This Agreement will allow twenty-seven (27) incomplete projects from Cycle 5 to finish: Stream 1 – Risk Assessments: 6 Projects; Stream 2 – Flood Mapping: 10 Projects; Stream 3 – Mitigation Planning: 7 Projects; and, Stream 4b – Non-structural: 4 Projects.

Expected Results:

Immediate: Deliver products in the areas of risk assessment, mapping, and mitigation planning to inform future work at the P/T/M government level to reduce the risks associated with flood events.
Intermediate outcome: There is an increase in available information relative to flood risk and increase in the number of measures put in place by P/T/M governments to increase resilience.
Long Term: The impacts of flood events are reduced.
