Description:
“Safer Dementia Friendly Communities Initiative” is a partnership between the Alzheimer Society of Cornwall and District, Cornwall Police and Ontario Provincial Police to create a safer community for those living with dementia. The project will help to increase awareness of wandering, helping caregivers prepare if the person they are caring for goes missing, and helping the public recognize a lost individual.
