This project aims to 1) increase public safety sector understanding of barriers faced by equity-seeking groups to employment with the security and intelligence community, institutions and broader national security agencies in Canada, 2) identify resources, such as best practices that improve inclusion in employment or the completion of self-identification forms from equity-deserving groups, and 3) design, develop, and implement innovative approaches for inclusive employment.
