The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding to design comprehensive resilience frameworks for each of the selected pilot locations to reduce each location’s population’s vulnerabilities towards ideologically motived violent extremism by identifying the issues that need to be prioritized and the associated types of programming that are needed.
