Grants and Contributions:
-Provide activities, education, training, and online programming to survivors and offer one on one assessments and personal development case plans.
-Provide a live in model of housing support for up to 3 survivors of trafficking over 4 years, bridging between first and second stage support, to increase independence, community membership, personal agency, and reduction in recidivism.
-Home/community navigation visits for survivors of trafficking to develop life skills and personal confidence that supports transition to independent living. Offer practical solutions and assistance that address development gaps to reduce relapse and re-engagement of participants with exploitation. Reduction of barriers faced by survivors to equip them for independence.
-Provide a specialized network of support for job opportunities, volunteering, cultural connection, Indigenous mentorship, and long term community to transition from Propel services successfully.
A major amendment to add $138,883.84 in PS funding for fiscal year 2023-24 toward salaries and wages.
CPCSOC supports initiatives, research, partnership building, specialized police services, projects and programs to increase knowledge, raise awareness and/or help advance efforts to combat serious and organized crime.
