Stream 1: Tripartite or multipartite contribution agreement for a self-administered Police Service between the Government of Canada, the Government of Quebec and the community of Manawan. These police services include the day-to-day, local policing services to the Indigenous community. Manawan is a reserve of about eight square kilometers, situated in the Lanaudière region of Quebec The on-reserve population is approximately 2,592 people.
