Description:
The purpose of this Building Safer Community Agreement is to support local initiatives to address risk factors among young people in the city. Charlottetown will invest in anti-gun and gang programming by providing youth with supports for mental health/trauma and substance abuse while also providing programming that promotes job readiness, education, mentorship/healthy relationships and community engagement.
