The expected outcomes of this project is to enhance St. John Ambulance's ability to respond to requests for assistance, enhance their capacity to respond to communities with unique needs of marginalized populations, and increase the speed of deploying their resources and personnel to emergencies across Canada. Other outcomes include strengthening their recruitment and retention of volunteers, building relations with marginalized and Indigenous communities to enhance community resilience and use a whole of community approach to develop, maintain, and improve preparedness, response and recovery for all-hazards risks.
