Description:
The purpose of this contribution agreement is for the Black Empowerment Initiative (BEI) will develop and deliver a 60-month customized direct intervention at sites throughout Nova Scotia. Based in Halifax, the project will partner with the Council of Regional Librarians to provide in-person and virtual outreach to participants province-wide.
