The purpose of this contribution agreement is to include the development of a Community Mobilization Framework by utilizing existing resources, developing partnerships and strengthening interagency collaboration. The Framework will also include a community engagement strategy and a communications plan. A youth leadership camp will take place annually and include strength based cultural education.
