This project will fortify the Cochrane Search and Rescue Association's leadership structure to improve organizational efficiency, streamline coordination, and support strategic development. This will address the heightened demand for search and rescue events, innovative programming, and broader community activities for the expanding population of the Cochrane community.

The outcome of this project is to enhance the organizational structure and the executive leadership of the Cochrane Search and Rescue Association, which will help build capacity and develop knowledge-sharing tools. Outcomes of this project also include providing better training programs, collaborative networks, volunteer retention and enhance community trust and support between Cochrane Search and Rescue Association and the Cochrane community.
